By default, our plugin uses the wp_cron service to sync your jobs. This is the same service that lets you know about WordPress and plugin updates and usually works great.
Other plugins don’t often play nice with this service however, and can remove our sync from this list of processes. This would stop your jobs from syncing – not ideal.
Most web hosts have a method to sync jobs from your CRM to your website, this is most often referred to as a ‘cron job’ or ‘scheduled task’. Setting the sync on the server ensures it runs consistently, without fear of another plugin removing the sync.
Not all hosts provide this feature, usually WordPress specialised hosting have a limited cron facility or none at all leaving some of our customers without a reliable method of syncing jobs to their website.
