The majority of our projects originate from the US, whilst this has never posed any problems, it’s been a plan to have a US office for a while now. Our UK based team work in a shift pattern to create as many time zone overlaps as possible, but having a US local point of contact should ease our late evening workloads and provide a more localised service.
Our US team is currently small and will be taking on new customers initially, with existing customers staying with their current UK based team. Over time we’d like them to take on more support duties and help with all projects but one step at a time.
