We’ve recently rolled out a small update across our WordPress job board plugins to further improve the reliability of the candidate application experience.
Our plugins are designed to make it easy for recruitment agencies to publish vacancies on their website and allow candidates to submit a job application directly into their CRM. Because WordPress sites run on a wide variety of hosting environments and configurations, we regularly review and refine our plugins to make sure the application process works smoothly for every visitor.
During our latest round of updates, we identified a rare scenario where the on-screen confirmation message shown after a candidate submits a job application might not always display, depending on a specific combination of server settings. Importantly, applications were still being successfully delivered to the CRM, but the candidate may not have seen the usual confirmation message on the page.
To make the process even more robust, we’ve released updates to ensure confirmation messages display consistently across different hosting setups. These improvements help ensure that candidates always receive clear feedback when they submit a job application through a website powered by one of our job board integrations.
We’ve published more detailed updates for each platform here:
- Our update for the Bullhorn integration can be found here: Bullhorn job application update
- Our update for the Vincere integration can be found here: Vincere job application update
All updates are available free of charge to existing customers, and we always recommend keeping plugins up to date to benefit from the latest improvements and compatibility updates.
We’re constantly working behind the scenes to keep our job board integrations reliable, fast, and fully compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and recruitment CRM platforms.
