Getting data from Google Sheets into Bullhorn is tricky, there are tools that can help but you end up with missed records or duplications galore. Our customers asked if we had a solution, so we set about building the perfect Google Sheets to Bullhorn sync module.
Our customers had specific requirements when syncing the data from Google Sheets into Bullhorn. Here’s a rundown of the features;
- Work with all Bullhorn entities, such as Candidates, Companies and Clients
- Work with all fields for all entities, including Bullhorn custom fields
- If an existing record is found, update it
- Do not create duplicate records within Bullhorn
- Log of records that have been updated, in Google Sheets and Bullhorn
- Sync on demand, providing full control of when to sync
- Empty the Google sheet, ready for the next set of data
Our Google Sheets to Bullhorn module has been in use for over 12 months now, early adopters as is often the case requested more features until it reached it’s current iteration.
We believe our solution is just about perfect, but are always keen to improve it if you have any suggestions
Once your data is ready to sync to Bullhorn, we added a new menu button to Google Sheets, simply click to sync and our module does the rest.
A new sheet is created in Google Sheets, date stamped to record the previous import, whilst the main sheet is emptied ready to be populated again.
Bullhorn is updated with an optional flag set on the record to obviously state that it was updated via the sheet, along with a time stamp.
